OCEANFIRST CAREER PATH PROGRAMS

EDGE Program

The EDGE Program for recent college graduates is a full-time, 18-month rotational program that includes a mixture of instructor-led classroom training, self-study, and on-the-job experiences in departments throughout the organization, including exposure to the OceanFirst Bank Customer Care Center and Branches.


Internships

The Internship Program provides opportunities to gain skills and experience that afford a career advantage for early talent. Experiential learning through professional development Bootcamps encourages developing critical business and interpersonal skills. A community service project and several intern activities support a relevant and meaningful corporate experience for building a solid foundation for a successful career.

OceanFirst Bank promotes a Mentorship Program and ongoing development through higher education by offering employees the opportunity to attend programs offered through Stonier, Monmouth University and NJ Bankers. Tuition is fully covered by OceanFirst Bank for approved applicants.
