OceanFirst WomenLEAD provides mentoring and career development opportunities, as well as hosts bank-wide events that encourage networking, skill-building, and increased communications across lines of business.
This program is comprised of senior female leaders throughout the organization.
OceanFirst has a wonderful history of building a sense of community through employee volunteerism under our Wavemakers program. OceanFirst employees are eligible for up to 8-hours of paid time off for approved volunteer work.
Employees list responsibility to the world around us as a key driver to making the Bank’s culture even stronger. OceanFirst Bank holds our social contracts in high regard, and makes an ESG-centric approach a guiding light for how we approach certain investment opportunities.
