Lost or Stolen Debit Card
If you believe your OceanFirst Bank Debit Card has been lost, stolen, or used without your authority, contact Customer Care as soon as possible. If outside of Care Center hours, please call 1.800.472.3272.
Reset Debit Card PIN
For debit card PIN resets, please call 1.800.757.9848.
Lost or Stolen Credit Card
If you believe your OceanFirst Bank Credit Card has been lost, stolen, or used without your authority, contact 1.888.558.3424 as soon as possible.
If you have vacation plans or will be on the road for business, give us a heads-up so that we can make note that OceanFirst Bank Debit Card activity may occur outside of your normal footprint. This way, we'll know it's still you making transactions and you can avoid unnecessary spending interruptions.

Consumer Loan Payments
Please be aware that payments made after 4:00 PM EST Monday through Thursday will post on the next business day. Payments made after 4:00 PM EST on Friday or any time on Saturday or Sunday will be posted on Monday’s business day. If Monday is a Holiday it will post on the next business day after the holiday.Make your Loan payment online
