August 10th, 2026 @ 3:00PM

  • New Commercial digital banking platform available for business customers

August 14th, 2026 @ 3:00PM

  • New registrations for Personal and Small Business digital banking will be disabled.
  • New registrations for Bill Pay will be disabled. Existing Bill Pay users can continue using their Bill Pay.

The week of August 17th, 2026 

  • 3rd party services through Personal and Small Business digital banking will become unavailable.

  • Final services list to be determined, but may include Bill Pay, Zelle, Money Management, Quicken, Mobile Deposit, and more 

August 21st, 2026 @ 3:00 PM

  • Personal and Small Business digital banking will become unavailable.
  • System unavailability will persist through the weekend until Monday, August 24th

 August 24th, 2026

  • Personal and Small Business customers will be able to log into the new digital banking platform.

FAQ

Your Questions, Answered

Will digital banking be unavailable during the transition?

Yes, there will be scheduled downtime during the conversion.

  • The week of 8/17, some services will become unavailable (i.e., Zelle, Bill Pay, Money Management, TurboTax, Mobile Deposit, etc.) Customers may still access digital banking to view balances and perform internal transfers.

  • On Friday, 8/21 at 3:00 pm online and mobile banking will become unavailable. System unavailability will persist through the weekend until Monday, 8/24
Will my login information (Username/Password) Change?

No, your login information will not change.

  • Users will log in using their existing Username (to be referred to as "Login ID") and Password.

  • Users will be prompted to receive a secure access code (SAC) and reset their password.

Will the login website change?

Yes, the login URL is changing. However, the OceanFirst website will be updated with the new URL so that customers can log in as they do today.  

Will the mobile app change?

Android device owners are required to search for and install the new "OceanFirst Mobile" application from the Google Play store. The legacy OceanFirst app can then be deleted.

iOS (apple) device owners will simply need to update the OceanFirst Bank mobile application on or after August 24th. They will not be required to install a new mobile app. 

Will I have access to eStatements?

Yes! Up to 72 months of eStatements will be available in digital banking.

Will I be able to view check and deposit images?

Yes. In fact, this is a new feature for our customers! Checks and deposited images will be accessible from the transaction history.

Will my alerts migrate from the old digital banking platform?

OceanFirst Bank has decided to adopt a new alerts and notifications system for an enhanced customer experience. Customers will need to re-create their alerts.

Will my Zelle information transfer to the new platform?

Yes. Zelle contacts and scheduled payments will transfer. However, your personalized Zelle QR will not. You will need to discontinue use of your previous Zelle QR code and begin using the new one that will be available to you.

Will my scheduled or recurring transfers still work?

Internal Transfers, along with external loan payments, will continue to work.

However, External Transfers will not be converted and will need to be set up again.

Will my external accounts transfer?

External accounts that were set up within LoanPay will convert.

External accounts that were set up using the current External Transfer function will not convert and will need to be set up again.

Will Bill Pay information transfer?

Yes. Bill Pay payees and scheduled payments will transfer.

Will my personal financial management data transfer? ("Money Management")

No, customers will need to set up Personal Finance Manager again.

Wil subusers/Shared Access still be available?

No, such access will no longer be permitted. If a joint person on the account wants access, we encourage a separate registration to be submitted.
