Justin is a seasoned commercial banker and strategic partner who helps mid-sized companies in the Washington D.C. Metropolitan area achieve their financial goals through tailored solutions. With over 18 years of experience driving business growth and developing innovative strategies, Justin has established himself as a trusted advisor and industry thought leader.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Justin is dedicated to community service, serving on the Executive Board for the Maryland Advisory Committee on the Budget of the State Workers' Compensation Commission and supporting local non-profit organizations, such as the United Way of Central Maryland.

Outside of work, Justin pursues an active lifestyle as an avid snowboarder and car racing enthusiast, always seeking the next adrenaline rush. He also enjoys DIY projects and renovations, constantly improving his home and surroundings. Most importantly, Justin cherishes time with his family, cheering on his kids at weekend sports events and creating lasting memories with loved ones.
