How long have you been a member of the OceanFirst Bank team? What role do you play on the Bank Team? It’s almost 8 years.  I am the Manager of our Riverdale Branch in the Bronx, NY.

What has been your favorite volunteer activity – and why? Blood Drives are the most meaningful.  Each pint of blood can save up to three lives.  With very few people eligible, each donation makes a huge difference!

What has volunteering taught you? Kindness is contagious.  Each simple act may inspire someone to pay it forward!

If you had to eat one meal every day for the rest of your life, what would it be? My mother-in-law’s lasagna!  Her cooking is rich, authentic, and made with love!  Then again, who doesn’t love lasagna?

If you could pick a superpower, what would it be? To fly.    

If you could turn into an animal, what would it be?  A dolphin.

What Disney character are you most alike? Moana.  She is devoted to caring for her family and has a thirst for searching beyond the horizon!

If you could have one song play every time you entered a room, what would it be and why?  Good Vibrations.  I always try to look at the bright side of things!

How would you spend a million dollars? I would consult with our friends at Nest Egg and save for retirement! :)     

What did you want to be when you were a kid? A journalist.

What is your favorite quote?  “Believe you can and you’re halfway there.” Theodore Roosevelt

If you could be a kitchen utensil, what would be and why?  A peeler because it’s so important to get past the surface to understand & appreciate people.
