How long have you been a member of the OceanFirst Bank team? What role do you play on the Bank Team? 13 YEARS.  Branch Engagement Banker/Personal Banker

What has been your favorite volunteer activity – and why? 1. Salvation Army Breakfast With Santa - I LOVE that this event provides gifts for children who would otherwise go without anything under the tree. To see their faces when they receive the gift that they asked for from Santa is priceless and fills my heart.  2. Nami and AFSP, Out Of The Darkness Walk, I walk for my loved one and alongside hundreds of others, to support and find understanding in a community of others affected by suicide.

What has volunteering taught you? Gaining a sense of purpose and always stay humble.

If you had to eat one meal every day for the rest of your life, what would it be? My mom’s rice lasagna.

If you could pick a superpower, what would it be? Healing powers

Who would play you in a movie about your life? Leah Remini

If you could turn into an animal, what would it be? A dog.

What Disney character are you most alike? Bo Peep

If you could have one song play every time you entered a room, what would it be and why? “When I Hear Music”, the title says it all- When I hear music it makes me dance! Yes, I am an 80’s freestyle freak!

What songs represents your life? I Made It Through the Rain.

If you wrote a book, what would you title it? This Thing is Called Life.

Would you rather skydive or go bungee jumping? Why? Bungee Jump. I would be scared to death to see a flock of birds flying in the air beside me!

How would you spend a million dollars? Re-open Kessler Hospital in Hammonton, make it a homeless shelter where homeless men, women and children would never be denied a clean bed, food, clothing, toiletries, supply resources for the wellbeing of their mental health, and assisting them with getting back on their feet. Gifting my 4 nephews and 2 nieces. Pay off one of my dearest friend’s medical bills. Invest, if there is anything left!  

If you had one day left to live, how would you spend it? Looking in the eyes of my babies (my nephews and nieces).

What did you want to be when you were a kid? A Social Worker

What was the last book you read? Gabriel’s Redemption

What is your favorite quote? “Don’t sweat the small stuff, everything is small.”

Are you a traveler or a homebody? Homebody.

Do you sing in the shower? In the car? Both, I love music.

If you could be a kitchen utensil, what would be and why? A spoon, I love having things come together.  

What is the last TV show you binged and what review would you give it? The Crown. A 10!!! Great Series

Are you a morning person or a night owl? Night Owl

What was the last thing that made you laugh? Last night when our last customer exited at 5:15pm, our head teller started doing her celebration dance. Yes, her dance moves are hysterical and we get a kick out of it!
