I can not say enough good things about Ocean First at Bell Works. I have been using them now for my Business Banking account for about six months and it has been a breeze! Case, has been the best! She is the one who helped me set up my banking account, always answers all my questions and is super knowledgeable about everything there is to know for all the accounts at Ocean First! She is so sweet and so friendly! She made setting up the account so easy and made me feel really comfortable with the choice I made to go with the right account! so first time opening at bell works I was welcomed work open arms from Bryan he was great personable and also helped support our small Barbershop at bell works he offered to help set up a savings account and it was easy in a few steps and he even was willing to come to my job to do it it was pure customer service stay fresh he always tells me. great dude

Danielle, Kasia, and Robert all go above and beyond when it comes to customer service. They're all attentive, diligent, and committed to the customers needs. I've been with Ocean First for almost 10 years now and they by far have helped and guided me more than anyone else at any other branch. They always have a smile on their face and treat you like family as soon as you walk through the door. This is why I drive an hour to bank at this specific branch. :)
  1. 1. Transfer money into the loan account from an OceanFirst deposit account by either clicking on the Pay button or by setting up an Internal Transfer. For your convenience, you can set up the Internal Transfer to recur monthly.

    2. Inside or outside of Digital Banking, you may use our Loan Payment portal.

    3. Add OceanFirst as a payee in Bill Pay (be sure to add your loan's account number). For your convenience, you can set up the Bill Payment to recur monthly. However, there is a possibility that it may take a few days for us to receive your payment.

  2. Please call our Customer Care Center or visit a branch for assistance. 

  3. Call the Customer Care Center at 1-888-623-2633 option 3 and have your debit card handy. If you are a Digital Banking user, you can reset or change your PIN using Card Control, found within Online Banking or the Mobile App.

  4. Pending transactions are reflected in your balances. If it is a direct deposit or transfer between OFB accounts, funds are available for immediate use. If a check deposit, please our Funds Availability Policy.
