Susan the Branch Manager in the Cape May office is awesome. She has helped me with a checking account and a CD. It’s always seemless. She’s really so smart and sweet.

Always very kind but extremely unhelpful with stuff more complicated than deposits or withdrawals. Came at 11am on Thursday morning (10/19) and nobody was able to do international wire... same happened last year... educate your employees, international wire takes less than 15 mins. I am also PNC and TD Bank client and such things never happened to me there.
