Unauthorized use must be reported within 60 days of the statement date. Transactions must be qualified. Refer to the Zero-Liability Policy for additional information regarding consumer liability. Mobile check deposits are covered by standard check-clearing policies and are not covered by the Zero-Liability Policy. If error resolution cannot be determined within 10 business days from written notice, we will credit your account within 10 business days (5 business days for Visa Debit Card POS transactions) for the amount you think is in error, so that you will have the use of the money during the time it takes us to complete our investigation. The bank will use discretion to pay overdrafts. This means there is no guarantee that the bank will always authorize and pay these transactions. If the bank is not authorized to pay an overdraft, the transaction will be declined. If you opted into courtesy overdraft protection and overdraw your account by more than $50, you will be charged $38 each time an overdraft transaction is paid or declined, with a maximum of four fees per day.
