Zachary Hauser is a seasoned commercial banker specializing in strategic planning, commercial lending, and relationship management. He is the Senior Vice President and Team Lead of the Middle Market Aerospace, Defense, and Government Services Group at Ocean First Bank, where he leads a team of experts in government contracting. His team helps clients navigate complex financial scenarios and supports growth through capital solutions and M&A strategies.

With more than 20 years of experience in banking, Zach has held leadership roles at Bank of America, Wells Fargo, and M&T Bank before joining OceanFirst.

Outside of work, Zach enjoys spending time with his wife and their two young sons (ages 7 and 5) in Northern Virginia. He’s eagerly introducing them to various sports, fully aware that he’s signing himself up for years of travel leagues, early-morning practices, and expensive equipment. Until that reality sets in, he sneaks in as much golf as possible—though his scorecard suggests he should probably stick to banking.

Zach holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Minnesota and is a lifelong Minnesota Vikings fan.
